Returns and Refund Policy

We have the understanding that you have tested/sampled the product(s) and have determined the product(s) will meet your needs and are well suited for your project prior to placing an order of size. However, we do understand there may be times that you simply order an item by mistake, your project or plans change or your inkjet or laser printer doesn’t handle label materials as well as you’d hoped… therefore we want to be able to assist you when you need to make a return. Please read and follow the below guidelines:

You may return, within 15 calendar days of purchase, up to 4 packages of unopened wholesale packages of in-stock (marked as "popular size") blank label sheets. Larger runs and/or any run of non-stock items are cut at the time of order and therefore, non-returnable. Product must be in saleable condition & is subject to inspection. There is a non-negotiable restocking charge of 15% of the product total (min. restocking fee is $15.00). A credit will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the return back at our shipping facility in Bloomington, IL. Original order shipping as well as return shipping is not refundable. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Collect shipments are not accepted.

Products returned to Creative Label Concepts require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). To initiate a return, please fill out the RMA form online. ALL RETURNS must be secured in a size-appropriate BOX and shipped via UPS or FEDEX for proper handling and tracking. Please write the RMA number on the shipping box. (We do not recommend shipping returns via the post office.)

Need Smaller Quantities?

Blank labels sold on this site are prepackaged in unmarked wholesale packages of 250 sheets (8 1/2 x 11 & 11 x 17) or 200 sheets (12 x 18) and some materials require higher minimum orders. Custom printed labels sold on this site require a minimum order of 10 printed sheets. Please call our office if you'd like to discuss smaller quantities of printed label sheets. For smaller quantities of blank label sheets, please visit www.labelsbythesheet.com.
